It can be difficult to cut through the noise, but our youth need us to listen. They want to be seen and heard, but sometimes they simply just need someone to sit quietly beside them. They need to know how they can access resources when they, or a friend need help.

There is something every one of us can do to help youth across our community. It could literally save a life.

Listen. Learn. Act

LISTEN

Our kids have so much to say and they need us to listen. We talk for them, about them and around them.

Our youth are facing a serious mental health crisis and we need to listen and act.

 LEARN

Our youth need us to listen, learn and act. They feel significant pressure about academics, athletics, home life, social media and unrealistic expectations.

ACT

They want to better understand where to go for resources, how to identify trusted adults and how to better support one another. Click the logos below to learn more about other possible resources.
